Most citizens refuses to speak about this subject until either them or a love one becomes the victim. It is too then late and many people do not have the energy to fight the government.
Thomas Jefferson once said, "All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."
Are you going to give tyrants that foothold? I ask you, why does our media remain silent over tyranny that occurs in family court? Are we that afraid of our government?
For all parents, regardless of sex, race, or other demographic stature, we must protect our children against a tyrant judge. In custody cases, the judge MUST rule what is in the best interest of the child.
1. Abuse is abetting to denying a child medical and dental care and leaving the child in that environment ( US Supreme Court Case Docket 08-1505)
2. Abuse is the Judge saying the best interest of a little white girl is to raised by a convicted illegal drug abuser/user even though Arizona Law states differently. Diezi v. Diezi, 201 Ariz. 524, 38 P.3d 1189.
Thomas Jefferson also said, "When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fear the people, there is LIBERTY."
I ask you, are you afraid of the government or afraid to exercise your right to bear and use arms against tyrants in the government? Are you afraid to speak out publicly and globally against tyranny?
Do you know that the US Supreme Court has stated that we the people can exercise the 2nd amendment rights against tyrants if the government refuses to do act? I know the government is full of arrogance however once the people start killing tyrant judges, non tyrants may become victims. That is why it is extremely important for the government to remove tyrants immediately. I hope that the government do not force the people to start killing tyrants to remove tyrants from our system.

Former Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Ruth Mc Gregor refused to comment and appear at the town hall meeting that was organized so that she could explain why she made Judge Hoggart a presiding judge. Judge Hoggart is one of the tyrant judges that feels the best interest of a little girl is to be raised by a convicted illegal drug user and in a drug environment. Luckly, the State Courts of Appeals reversed the judge's ruling but they did not recommend displinary actions even though they told the judge he lacks authority to legislate.
The judge lacks jurisdiction and when government acts without jurisdiction, he commits treason, Scheuer v. Rhodes, 416 U.S. 232, 94 S.Ct. 1683, 1687 (1974) and commits war against the Federal Constitution. Nor does the state have power to provide immunity to judges that acts without authority of jurisdiction, Scheuer v. Rhodes.
I do not know Judge Sotomayor but I do feel that if our government votes her into the US Supreme Court that they will cast doubt onto the integrity of our legal system. The first is her views concerning the 2nd amendment rights. Her views to control and possibly remove arms from civilians are in direct conflict with the Federalist Papers, the documents that describes the true intent of the US Constitution and have been held by the US Supreme Court. The purpose of the people to have arms are to keep the government in check which means to get rid of tyrants if the federal government elects not to. Those are not my words, those are the words of the US Supreme Court Judges.

First, of course, it is useful in repelling invasions and suppressing insurrections. Second, it renders large standing armies unnecessary—an argument that Alexander Hamilton made in favor of federal control over the militia. The Federalist No. 29, pp. 226, 227 (B. Wright ed. 1961) (A. Hamilton). Third, when the able-bodied men of a nation are trained in arms and organized, they are better able to resist tyranny.”
Another concern her statement that Court of Appeals can regulate from the bench. Judges do not have that jurisdiction and commits tyranny. I strongly feel that if she is appointed to the US Supreme Court that she will cast doubt to the validity and intent of the Court Opinions, rather the ruling is for the good of the people or not. When Honorable Sen. Jon Kyl questioned her concerning her rulings on a topic, she stated that they were based off previous rulings but reminded her that when the US Supreme Court revered her decision, they stated they were not able to find any cases on that topic. For the good of the nation and integrity of the legal system, I strongly feel that she should step down or the President of the United States should withdraw her Supreme Court nomination. If neither occurs, that Congress should not vote her into office. In today's political environment, we do not need the highest court of our nation integrity questioned.
The integrity of the system is more important than individuals and political nominees. For those who think that this is a political hater's comment, I have been a registered democrat since 21 and voted for Honorable President Obama. Isn't a shame that male soldiers and those who defended their country comes home to be or have their children abused by family court judges? I have talked about two cases but this is an extremely small sample of the sexism in State's Family Court Systems.
As of this video, the judge put my son back into a
